How do I return an item?
You can return anything that hasn't been worn, used, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. Items must be in the condition you received them, in the original packaging, and with all the original tags attached. Gift certificates are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within approximately 3 business days after we receive your return.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If free shipping was provided, our actual cost to ship will be deducted from the refund. For international returns
Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
Store Credit may be used to purchase gift certificates to our store.
Store Credit will be automatically used as payment during the next purchase you make at our store. Any additional credit remaining on your account will carry over to your next purchase until the remaining balance has been used. Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
Store Credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
To view your Store Credit Balance, log into your Topaz Sun account. Your Store Credit Balance will be displayed on the "My Account" page in the "View Credit/Gift Certificate Balance" section.
2. Attach the Return Mailing Label securely to the outside of the package covering any previous delivery address.
3. Affix appropriate amount of postage.
4. Ship package from your nearest post office or shipping company of your choice.
